1. UPS Ground:
This option is available on all orders. Products shipped via this service are normally delivered in an average of 3-5 business days to any destination.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. websales@www.pittmangamecalls.com
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need, as well as full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders.
Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Return Policy

Note: Shipping and handling charges for the exchanged merchandise will be applied to your credit card.
You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. For refunds, once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
